Automate routine legal
and regulatory assessments.

Define an assessment once, or choose a published one. Customers answer the questions. ProseID applies the rules and returns a recorded result for your own app or backend to use.

An example from an EU online shop

A customer wants to return an order.

Instead of checking the same cancellation rules for every request, the shop lets customers complete the assessment themselves.

  1. The lawyer defines the rules

They turn their interpretation into questions, conditions and outcomes in ProseID. This reusable assessment is called a schema.

  2. The shop adds it to its website

It embeds the assessment on its returns page, ready for every customer.

  3. The customer answers the questions

What did you buy? When did it arrive? Was it personalised? The customer supplies the facts.

One assessment. Two customers.

Both say: “It arrived five days ago. I changed my mind.”

Customers shouldn’t need a call
for every routine assessment.

Your team asks the questions, checks the rules and documents the answer—again. Put that repeatable assessment into ProseID so customers can complete it themselves, while your team handles cases that need attention.

Frequently asked questions

AI can help explain a regulation or draft an assessment. Your business still needs to choose the questions, define how answers affect the outcome, and keep evidence of each completed assessment. ProseID provides that system. The author defines the rules, customers supply the facts, and your own software receives the result. You could build a system around AI to do this too; ProseID already provides the assessment engine and records.
