ProseID pricing

Pay for completed work.
Not seats.

One base credit is US$0.20. A credit is used when a Flow completes and creates its versioned record—not when someone opens or abandons it.

Subscriptions

A completion allowance, not another seat licence.

Monthly plan credits are used before permanent top-up credits. Unused top-up credits roll forward. You can also use ProseID without a subscription by adding credits when needed.

One-time credits

Top up for the volume you expect.

Top-up credits are permanent and volume bonuses are displayed before purchase. They can cover the base completion price and eligible publisher fees. Promotional or staff-granted credits cannot fund publisher earnings.

$5 top-ups above $200 earn a volume bonus — up to +30% at $500+ $10,000

Public publisher fees

Know the total before adopting a schema.

A verified publisher may attach a whole-credit fee to a public schema. The registry and Flow setup show the base price, publisher fee, and total before you create the Flow. Self-use by the publisher’s own organisation carries no publisher fee.

Other possible additions

Signing and white-label use stay itemised.

When a supported higher-assurance signing provider or paid white-label option is available, its surcharge is calculated separately. It is never hidden inside the base credit price.
